Accessibility Statement

This site aims to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. The accessibility work is accompanied by manual testing of keyboard navigation, heading structure and contrast ratios.

• Full keyboard navigation throughout the site, with a clear, visible focus indicator
• A “skip to main content” link at the top of every page
• Screen reader support: every icon-based control carries a text label, the current page is marked in the navigation, and dynamic content changes are announced
• Alternative text (alt) on images, in both Hebrew and English
• A hierarchical heading structure with a single main heading per page
• Text-to-background contrast ratios that meet Level AA requirements
• Document language and text direction declared on every page
• Responsive display across all device types, including an accessible mobile menu that closes with Esc
• The home page banner carousel has a stop control, pauses automatically on hover or keyboard focus, and does not auto-advance at all when a reduced-motion preference is set in the operating system
• A minimum 44-pixel touch target on every interactive control

A persistent accessibility button is available on every page, allowing you to enlarge text, switch to high-contrast mode and highlight links. Your preferences are stored in your browser and applied automatically on future visits.

ITS3D is an online-only business. We do not receive customers at a physical location — all orders and service are handled through the website, WhatsApp, phone and email. Accordingly, there are no physical accessibility arrangements to report.

Despite our efforts to make the entire site accessible, some components may not yet be fully accessible:

• Orders are completed in the external WhatsApp service, whose accessibility is outside our control
• Third-party components on the site (image upload and usage analytics) may not be fully accessible
• Some images uploaded to the content system do not yet have a detailed description. We are addressing this on an ongoing basis
• The product preview is an illustration only. The written product description is the authoritative source
